We have been using radios at Greystone since 1997 (I think). We started with the unregistered ones (cause we didn’t know better- until I found you!) So we were always picking up conversations from traffic and local users. They also didn’t have great range. My guess is, if other camps use walkie- talkies (that’s what we call them ?) they are making the same mistakes.
