NEED YOUR RADIOS REPAIRED?
Fast Radios offers repair service by knowledgeable certified technicians to nearly any make and model of commercial grade two-way radio. The only limitation is access to replacement parts. If a manufacturer has discontinued a specific model and parts are no longer available, then it’s possible we can’t repair it.
Our radio repair process is simple. You call or e-mail us with the serial number, make and model of your radio and what the radio is doing or not doing. We look it up for age, warranty and if it was purchased at Fast Radios or somewhere else.
Then we e-mail you a return authorization form for repair to put in the box with your radio. We also provide a quote for replacement with trade-in credit. Many of our customers choose to take trade-in credit for an older radio that doesn’t work rather than spend good money repairing it. Many times, you can get a new radio with fresh battery and new warranty for just a few dollars more than the cost to repair to an old radio with dead battery that is out of warranty.
You decide which option you want and either ship the radio to our address on the repair form or dispose of it and receive the new radio with trade-in credit for the old unit. You do not need to spend money shipping us the old radio. We show the serial number as traded in for credit and out of service.
Remember, at Fast Radios you get free programming for the life of the radio, our free loaner program if you ever need a radio while yours is in for repair and the radio has at least $25 (sometimes more) tradein value – regardless of condition – if you ever want to replace it with a new radio. If you need an “Internet price” on radios, you can waive those services and take a credit to match the offer you find online.
